William Howe was a member of the House of Commons, the lower house of the British Parliament. He represented the constituency of Nottingham from 1757 to 1762 and the constituency of Nottinghamshire from 1762 to 1780. Howe was a Whig and supported the policies of the government of William Pitt the Elder.
