Anja Pärson is from Sweden. She is a former alpine skier who competed in the World Cup, World Championships, and the Olympic Games. She won two Olympic gold medals, one in the giant slalom and one in the slalom, as well as seven World Championship medals, including three golds. Pärson retired from skiing in 2012 and was inducted into the International Ski Hall of Fame in 2014.
