Answer
Zissu formed a political bond with Nicolae Rădescu, a rival of Antonescu. Rădescu was a member of the National Peasants' Party and was Prime Minister of Romania from 1939 to 1940. He was a strong opponent of Antonescu's dictatorship and was eventually arrested and executed by the Iron Guard. Zissu's support for Rădescu was a sign of his opposition to Antonescu and his policies.
