It is a sequel to the 1993 film Hocus Pocus, and stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy reprising their roles as the Sanderson sisters, along with Whitney Peak, Lilia Buckingham, and Belissa Escobedo as three high school students who accidentally bring them back to life.
