The Dharahara or Bhimsen Stambha is a tower in Kathmandu, Nepal. It was built in 1832 by Prime Minister Bhimsen Thapa and was originally 50 metres tall, making it the tallest building in Nepal at the time. It was destroyed in the 2015 Nepal earthquake, but has since been rebuilt.
