The full name of Blake Proehl is Blake Christian Proehl. He is a former American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League for the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts. Proehl was born in 1979 in West Palm Beach, Florida, and attended the University of North Carolina. He was drafted by the Panthers in the fifth round of the 2002 NFL Draft and played for them until 2007.
