Harry Gallagher was a British Olympic swimmer and coach. He competed in the men's 100 metre freestyle event at the 1936 Summer Olympics. Gallagher was the coach of the British men's swimming team at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. After Don Talbot left to coach in Canada, Gallagher took over as coach of the British team for the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
