Answer
Qatar was the last national team managed by Bruno Metsu. The French coach had a successful career, leading Senegal to the quarterfinals of the 2002 World Cup and winning the 2002 African Cup of Nations. He also managed the United Arab Emirates, Al Ain, and Al-Gharafa before taking over Qatar in 2008. Metsu passed away in 2013 at the age of 59 after a battle with cancer.
