Charles Burgess Fry was an English cricketer and writer who was also a teacher. He taught at Uppingham School, Eton College, and Cambridge University. He was also the captain of the English cricket team and the president of the Marylebone Cricket Club. Fry was a prolific writer and published several books on cricket, as well as a biography of William Shakespeare.
