Carlos Alberto Torres was a Brazilian football player and manager. He was the captain of the Brazilian national team that won the 1970 FIFA World Cup. Torres was a right-back and is widely considered to be one of the greatest players of all time. He was nicknamed "O Capitão" (The Captain) because of his leadership skills on and off the pitch.
