Carol Browner was born in 1955. She is an American politician and environmentalist who served as the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) during the Clinton administration from 1993 to 2001. Prior to her appointment as EPA Administrator, Browner served as the Director of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and as a member of the Florida House of Representatives.
