Catherine of Valois died on 3 January 1437, aged 35. She was the Queen of England from 1420 to 1422, as the first wife of Henry V. After his death, she married Owen Tudor, with whom she had several children, including Edmund Tudor, the father of Henry VII, first of the Tudor monarchs.
