Answer
In 1992, Christian Laettner made one of the most iconic shots in NCAA Tournament history. With just seconds remaining in the East Regional final against Kentucky, Laettner received a pass from Grant Hill and drained a buzzer-beating jumper from the top of the key. The shot gave Duke a 104-103 victory and sent them to the Final Four.
