Answer
The third of the Kingdom of Hungary was granted to Álmos as the Duchy of Bihar. It acted as a frontier principality between the Kingdom and the Cumans, who inhabited Transylvania at the time. The region was subsequently referred to as "terra Almus" (land of Álmos) in Latin chronicles.
