James Gandolfini was an American actor who is best known for his role as Tony Soprano in the HBO television series The Sopranos. He was also known for his roles in the films True Romance, The Mexican, and Killing Them Softly. Gandolfini died of a heart attack in 2013 at the age of 51. His final film role was in the adaptation of Dennis Lehane's novel The Drop.
