Hightower was a former football player. He is a former NFL linebacker who played college football at Texas. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He played for the Patriots for eight seasons, and he won three Super Bowls with the team. He was released by the Patriots in 2020.
