Early Wynn was born on December 19, 1920 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was an American baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball for the Cleveland Indians, Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Cardinals, and Los Angeles Dodgers. Wynn won 300 games during his career and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972.
