Wynn won the AL pennant in 1959 with the Chicago White Sox. He played for the White Sox from 1959 to 1961, and was a key member of their 1959 championship team. He was also named the AL MVP in 1959. Wynn's career was cut short by injuries, but he was still a very successful player. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974.
