Answer
The Paris Peace Accords were a series of agreements signed between the United States, the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam), the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam), and the Provisional Revolutionary Government of South Vietnam (the Viet Cong) on January 27, 1973, that ended the Vietnam War. The agreements provided for the withdrawal of all U.S. forces from South Vietnam and the return of U.S. prisoners of war (POWs).
