Answer
Fath-Ali Shah had more than 50 children. His first wife, Khadijeh Khanum, gave birth to 18 of his children, including his heir Abbas Mirza. He had four other wives, all of whom gave birth to more than 10 children. He also had several concubines, who gave birth to many more children.
