Graham Potter started his managerial career with Swedish club Ostersund. He managed the club for four years, leading them to promotion to the Allsvenskan, the top tier of Swedish football, in 2015. Ostersund finished fourth in the Allsvenskan in 2016 and reached the semi-finals of the Swedish Cup. Potter left Ostersund in 2017 to join English club Swansea City.
