Elizabeth, Lady Ughtred, was the wife of Gregory Cromwell, the son of Oliver Cromwell. Gregory was a military leader and politician during the English Civil War and the Commonwealth period. Elizabeth was the daughter of Sir Thomas Ughtred, a Royalist supporter. The couple married in 1648 and had several children together. Gregory died in 1673, and Elizabeth remarried to Sir John Lowther, 1st Viscount Lonsdale.
