Lennart Torstensson was a Swedish general who served as commander-in-chief of the Swedish Army from 1630 to 1645. He was one of the most successful military commanders of the Thirty Years' War, and helped Gustavus Adolphus to achieve a series of victories against the Holy Roman Empire.
