Helene Weyl was the wife of Hermann Weyl, a German mathematician and physicist. The couple married in 1913 and had two children together, a son and a daughter. Weyl was a professor at Göttingen University from 1913 to 1933, when he was forced to flee Germany due to the Nazi regime. The couple emigrated to the United States, where Weyl taught at Princeton University until his death in 1955.
