Henri Cartan indeed had siblings. He was the second of the four sons of Élie Joseph Cartan, himself a renowned mathematician and a member of the French Academy of Sciences. Two of Henri Cartan's brothers, Jean and Louis, also became mathematicians, while the fourth brother, Jacques, was a theoretical physicist.
