Henry Robinson Clay was a United States Army officer who served in the early 20th century. He was born in Kentucky in 1876 and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1899. He served in the Spanish–American War and World War I, and rose to the rank of brigadier general. He retired from the Army in 1926 and died in 1934.
