Hugh Freeze coached Liberty University for four years, from 2014 to 2017. He led the Flames to a 37-15 record during his tenure, including three straight seasons with at least 10 wins. Freeze's best season at Liberty came in 2016, when the Flames went 12-2 and won the Big South Conference championship. Freeze left Liberty in 2017 to become the head coach at Ole Miss.
