James Wilson was an American politician and lawyer who was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. He was a delegate to the Continental Congress and the Constitutional Convention, and served as the first Chief Justice of the United States. Wilson was also a professor of law at the College of Philadelphia, where he taught natural law, moral philosophy, and jurisprudence.
