Answer
In 2012, the Court of Arbitration for Sport found Jan Ullrich guilty of a doping offense. Ullrich had previously denied doping, but the CAS found that he had used EPO, blood transfusions, and testosterone. The CAS stripped Ullrich of his 1997 Tour de France title and banned him from competing in any sport for two years. Ullrich retired from cycling after the CAS ruling.
