Jean-Baptiste Philippe Ouédraogo is a Burkinabé diplomat and politician. He served as the Prime Minister of Burkina Faso from 1983 to 1984. He was also the foreign minister of Burkina Faso from 1982 to 1983 and from 1994 to 1997.
