Jeff Lynne was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017 as a member of Electric Light Orchestra. Lynne was born in Birmingham, England, in 1947. He started playing guitar and writing songs at a young age. In 1970, he formed Electric Light Orchestra with Roy Wood and Bev Bevan. The band released their debut album, "Electric Light Orchestra," in 1971.
