The Dead Kennedys did not reunite with Jello Biafra after their legal dispute. Following the band's dissolution in 1986 and subsequent legal battles over the rights to the band's name and material, the remaining members of the band reformed in 2001 without Biafra and have continued to tour and perform under the Dead Kennedys name.
