Answer

The answer is yes. In 1993, a bronze bust of Santos was created by sculptor Paul Manship and installed at the National Statuary Hall in the United States Capitol. The statue was a gift of the Puerto Rican community of New York City. Santos is the only Puerto Rican person represented in the National Statuary Hall.
