José Antonio Primo de Rivera was given the additional title of Duke of Primo de Rivera posthumously. He was a Spanish politician, lawyer and the founder of the Spanish Falange. He was executed by the government of the Second Spanish Republic in 1936. The title of Duke of Primo de Rivera was created in 1937 by Francisco Franco in honour of José Antonio.
