Cao Quang Ánh, known as Joseph Cao, is a Vietnamese-American politician who served as the U.S. Representative for Louisiana's 2nd congressional district from 2009 to 2011. Born in Vietnam, Cao immigrated to the United States in 1975 and later became a naturalized citizen. He is the first Vietnamese-American to be elected to the U.S. Congress.
