The answer is two consecutive terms: 2011–2014 and 2019–2021. Kaja Kallas served as a member of the Estonian Parliament, the Riigikogu, for a total of two consecutive terms. During her first term, from 2011 to 2014, she was a member of the Reform Party parliamentary group. After a brief hiatus, she returned to the Riigikogu in 2019 and has served continuously since then, currently as the Prime Minister of Estonia.
