Keith Tkachuk scored his 500th NHL goal in 2008, becoming the 39th player in league history to reach the milestone. The goal came in a game against the Calgary Flames, his former team, on October 25, 2008. Tkachuk played 18 seasons in the NHL, scoring 538 goals and 1,065 points in 1,201 games. He was a six-time All-Star and won the Lady Byng Trophy in 1999.
