Answer
A dictatorship is a form of government in which one person or group has unlimited power. In the case of Khorloogiin Choibalsan's rule, the dictatorship was a one-party state, with the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) holding all political power. Choibalsan was the leader of the MPRP and therefore had absolute control over the government and the country.
