Coventry was elected as the Chairperson of the IOC Athletes' Commission in early 2018. She was previously a member of the Commission from 2010 to 2014, and served as its Vice-Chairperson from 2012 to 2014. In her current role, Coventry will be responsible for representing the interests of athletes at the IOC and its various bodies.
