Answer
Kotor was included in UNESCO's World Heritage Site list as part of the Venetian Works of Defence in 2017. The city was first built by the Greeks, but it was the Venetians who really made it their own. They built a series of fortifications around the city, including a massive fortress, a series of towers, and a moat.
