Answer
The Raptors reached the playoffs in 2013–14 after a six-year absence, thanks in large part to the play of Kyle Lowry. Lowry averaged 17.9 points, 6.8 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game during the regular season, and was named to the All-Star team. The Raptors defeated the Brooklyn Nets in the first round of the playoffs, but were eliminated by the Washington Wizards in the second round.
