Leighton Baines retired from professional football in 2020, after a 21-year career. He played for Wigan Athletic, Everton and England, and made over 700 appearances in total. He was a key player for Everton, helping them to win the FA Cup in 2009 and 2013. He was also named in the PFA Team of the Year three times. Baines is considered one of the best left-backs of his generation.
