Lester B. Pearson was a Canadian diplomat and politician who served as the 14th Prime Minister of Canada from 1963 to 1968. Prior to entering politics, Pearson worked for the Department of External Affairs, where he held a number of positions, including Under-Secretary of State for External Affairs.
