Lew Tendler was an American boxer who fought from 1911 to 1938. He was a southpaw, meaning that his left hand was his dominant hand. Tendler was a two-time world middleweight champion and is considered one of the greatest middleweights of all time. He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 1991.
