Linda Hamilton was inducted into the Georgia Soccer Hall of Fame in 1995. She was a four-time All-American at the University of Georgia and led the Bulldogs to four consecutive Southeastern Conference championships. She was also a member of the United States women's national soccer team that won the 1991 FIFA Women's World Cup.
