Tiberius and Drusus were the sons of Livia and Tiberius Claudius Nero. They were both born in 42 BC. Tiberius was the elder of the two sons, and he became the first Roman emperor in 14 AD. Drusus died in 9 BC, and Tiberius adopted his son, Germanicus, as his heir.
