Answer
Lucrezia Borgia was the daughter of Pope Alexander VI. Her family arranged for her to be married to Giovanni Sforza, the ruler of Pesaro. The marriage was not happy, and Lucrezia eventually left Giovanni. She was then married to Alfonso d'Este, the ruler of Ferrara. Lucrezia was governor of Spoleto from 1502 to 1519.
