Luis Aparicio and Miguel Cabrera are two of the most famous Venezuelan baseball players of all time. Aparicio was a shortstop who played for the Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles, and Boston Red Sox from 1956 to 1973. He was a 13-time All-Star, won the AL MVP Award in 1956, and led the league in stolen bases nine times.
