Luis Suárez Miramontes was born in 1935 in Coruña, Galicia, Spain. He is a Spanish former footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. He was the best player at the 1960 European Championship, where Spain won the title, and was also the top scorer of the competition with four goals. He was the first player to win the European Golden Shoe in two consecutive seasons, in 1960 and 1961.
