Yes, Fal Conde was involved in exile politics. After his military career, he became involved in anti-Marcos opposition movements and was a member of the anti-Marcos umbrella group called the Nationalist Alliance for Justice, Freedom and Democracy (NAJFD). He also helped organize the Concerned Officers Movement, which sought to reform the Philippine military and remove its corruption and links to the Marcos regime.
